Private sector experience:  10
Management experience with an organization structure of companies that employ data mining in their business:  10
Management experience of implementing data mining operations best practices:  10
Experience /knowledge of current trends in the data mining field:  10
Experience analyzing problems and making recommendations on data mining best practices:  8
Excellent communication skills, experienced with executive level sponsors v  

Highly desired:
Public sector experience a plus:  10
Experience with Teradata a plus:  8
Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities:  8
