Description:

HP Service Manager Implementation and Tailoring Expert with 6 + Years.
Should have experience in Implementing HP Service Manager in multi company mode using mandaton / folder options .
Experience in tailoring of all modules in HP Service manager is a must.
Experience in implementing SRC and request management is a required
Experience in Implementing the Knowledge Module is a Must.
Tailoring using Java scripting is mandatory.
Tailoring on Wizards and Service Manager Scripting is Mandatory.
Working knowledge in Connect IT is a must .
Should have knowledge / Experience in Web services.
