This position is UI focused with .Net stack experience. Again client would like to see local candidates first or at least West Coast if out of state.
Summary
The candidate will be responsible for performing system analysis, architecting, coding and support implementation of a highly scalable, 24x7 available, critical transaction based Internet Banking and Mobile solutions. This position will require to deliver functional requirements and technical solutions by coordinating with product strategies, project teams, IT cross functional groups as well as 3rd party vendors or affiliates. This position is responsible for specifying, designing, developing, testing, and documenting internal and external software with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
Design and develop web-based and user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks like Jquery, Jquery UI etc. on .NET stack
Creating and maintaining our customer facing, internal web and hybrid mobile applications.
Complete CSS styling and layout of pages produced by development team while maintaining browser and device compatibility
Develop JavaScript to interact with industry standard libraries for rich client interactions on the desktop, mobile web and mobile hybrid apps Works collaboratively with QA engineers & 3rd Party engineers through participation in the testing process and review of QA documentation. Consults during document planning and design stage.
Assists in solving operating problems. Recreates steps taken by user to locate source of problem and rewrites program to correct errors. Oversee installation of software and provide technical assistance to application engineers for install and test program, monitor performance of application after implementation.
Follow and implement compliance standards and procedures.
Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes. Follows all policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual required or job-specific training.
Takes initiative and setting positive example for other team members Ability to demonstrate compliance with all regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years proven software development experience. BSCS or equivalent experience preferred.
Must have a passion for UI work. Good understanding of CSS, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and JavaScript.
A BASIC knowledge of C#, ASP.NET architecture and development, ASP.NET MVC v2-v3 and Entity Framework 4.
Knowledge of E-commerce applications high availability design patterns. Basic knowledge with mobile development (iOS and Android), preferably hybrid applications
Knowledge in developing n-tier enterprise applications. Practical knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
Ability to articulate engineering design strategies related to scalability, performance, security, and usability and development platforms.
Excellent problem solving abilities. Ability to communicate and work effectively within priorities.
Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
