Duration: 10 months
2 levels of Java Developers (need 6 of each). Front end and middle tier development:
1) Entry level – junior level: fresh out of college or 1-2 years of experience. Certifications would be great (shows initiative), and they need to be able to provide examples of what they have done in their course work (projects they’ve developed, etc). Websphere experience/understanding.
2) Mid-senior level: 3-5 years of experience. Top 5: J2EE development, UI development, UI/UX development, strong Java, web services development, scalability, Stripes is a nice to have (difference between Struts and stripes and how to migrate) Must have worked in large enterprise environments with a HUGE volume of data and have developed scalable apps. WebSphere App Server experience. They are migrating from an old version of WAS to 8.55.
