THIS IS A LEADERSHIP ROLE

IN PERSON INTERVIEWS 2/25 between 12:30 and 2:30. There are no exceptions

BA3 to serve in a leadership role for the requirements gathering and documentation process for the rewrite of the automated title processing system (ATPS) by providing guidance and task assignment to other BAs on the project, gathering and documenting functional requirements, validating existing requirements, and driving the creation of a sustainable documentation process to be used for the project as well as for documenting any future changes to the system. This resource will also participate in test case creation and execution, and testing process management.

The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Years of Relevant Experience:

7 plus years

Preferred Education:

4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst.

Role Description:

All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience, job knowledge, and IIBA certification.

During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Background Check must be brought in when interview conducted.
