SCOPE OF SERVICES:

 

Project 1:

 

Develop a web based application on an Oracle database that will enable departments to look up and search job qualifications / certifications and match them up with employees that possess the required current qualifications / certifications.  This application will provide MNR departments with the ability to look up employee information and qualifications from a single system.

 

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY:

3-5 years experience in .NET programming techniques:

 .NET Assemblies

.NET Libraries

ASP.NET Controls

Object Oriented design principles

Web pages and controls

Web services

3-5 years experience utilizing Oracle (release 11) database:

Creation of tables, views, objects

Creation of procedures, functions, packages

PL/SQL

Security
