Role: Help Desk Support

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 2 years

Rate: DOE


Mandatory Requirements:

Responsible for on-site installing, maintaining, repairing and supporting Unisys and multi-vendor systems that include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems. Typically possess a minimum of 36 months of experience.


Desired Requirements:

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience providing technical support for network printers, workstations, servers and other network devices in a large enterprise environment (over 30,000 users), including a variety of 

      vendor specific equipment.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience supporting MS Office products on a large scale environment serving over 30,000 users.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience in providing outstanding telephone technical support to over 30,000 users in a large scale environment.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience using MS Active Directory and installing imaging software on a large variety of vendor specific devices.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience in supporting VOIP technology for a large scale environment (over 30,000 users)

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience in installing and maintaining new and redeployed hardware in remote locations.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience in the assessment of hardware devices to determine its future uses and/or begin and follow through with the proper surplus process.

·         At least 36 months contiguous experience in the use of management systems such as SCCM tools and HP Service Now, including but not limited to; updating, opening, and closing tickets in a timely fashion.
