Title: Business Analyst MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • A minimum of 5 years’ experience gathering and documenting operational documents for technology projects.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12+ Months
• Knowledge of technology especially web based applications.
• Experience planning and strategizing alternate business processes for DR planning or Continuity of Operation especially in conjunction with technology use.
• Experience planning and conducting User Acceptance testing.
• Experience planning and conducting Pilot User Work Group Sessions.
• Experience planning and conducting User Training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a developed understanding and interest in internet technologies and browser-based computing.
• Good interpersonal Skills, Problem solving skills & Time management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication
• Experience working with large teams to implement technology system by assisting them on the operational planning and roll out.
• Ability to understand, in detail, new system capabilities and functions
• Ability to assess task durations and provide staff guidance.
• Ability to manage people to ensure they meet their deliverables
• 5 or more years’ of experience using MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills in the area of process automation, technology integration.
