Client: State of North Carolina (Department of Health and Human Services) Role: Web Developer Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Duration: 240 Hours (6Weeks) JOB DESCRIPTION: Skills: The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a short term computer programmer (approx. 6 week assignment) for the support of the HealthStats data dissemination website. The selected candidate will review the XSLT and XML that comprise the website and make changes to enhance functinoality. This effort is a component of the CDC Public Health Block Grant. General maintenance activities will include but are not limited to the following areas: · Incorporate the DHHS web template into the XML/XSLT code. · Review previous enhancements and incorporate into branch of code. · Documentation of modifications made to the code Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required Skills: · Minimum of three (3) years in complex Java code development in Spring Web MVC framework · Experience in XML and XSLT · Experience in Javascript · Experience in JBoss environment · Experience with Subversion · Excellent written and oral communication skills
