Please find the below requirement with our client in PA - Direct Client Requirement 

 

Title     : JDE Support consultant

 

 

Location of Job: Pittsburgh, PA

 

Contract Term: 3 – 6 months, or however long It takes to complete job(C2C/W2)

·        Supply support in the following capacity:
o        Provide a central Help Desk entry point for the identification and tracking of JDE E1 issues
o        Provide Consultants to work with Customer's IT team to resolve JDE E1 issues
o        Provide unlimited support based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and support hours for JDE E1 in conjunction with the quantity of support hours anticipated
o        Produce and distribute reports routinely that highlight operational findings and provide a general health status of the JDE E1 system
o        Customer will receive one license to access the iLearn catalog. Additional licenses are available for an incremental charge.
o        Customer will receive monitoring of JDE E1 server systems on a proactive basis. This monitoring will be provided on a 24 x 7 basis 365 days per year through CD Group’s i-ON Monitoring tools. A detailed list of all monitoring to be performed is included in Addendum #2 in this Exhibit.
o        For Technology support
§        Complete package builds on a monthly basis as requested: Up to 5 package builds per month
§        Complete ESU installations upon request to address application issues and year-end updates
§        Complete one environment refresh of production business data/control tables to a test environment per month upon request
§        Provide ongoing performance tuning of JDE E1 servers
§        Work with Customer to maintain JDE job scheduler, and job queues
§        Work with Customer to maintain the standard JDE E1 environments: Pristine, Prototype, Development, and Production
o        For Applications support
§        Applications support will be provided for the JDE E1 modules which Customer has installed
§        Consultants will answer JDE E1 Application questions, resolve application issues, make configuration changes where needed, provide user training and assist Customer in understanding how best to use JDE E1 Applications
o        For Development support
§        Development support includes actual development using the E1 Development Toolset, testing and documentation
