Experience Needed:

-0.6 to 1 years of Solid experience in US IT Bench Marketing

-Ideal Candidate should have experience in Marketing All Skill sets Candidates and consultants on bench.

-Willing to shoulder new Responsibilities in Bench Sales as well as Recruiting

-Post jobs opening’s on search engines like Dice/C2C/LinekdIn, etc…

-Should have good experience in US Tax Terms.

-Highly Developed Customer Relations and Negotiation Skills. Must be a skilled Negotiator, able to build relationships and close deals.

-Provide Daily/weekly report for submitter and candidates in process
