·         Technical Business Analysis, Identity & Access Management domain

·         Knowledge Java, Web services

·         4-5 years Business Analyst work experience, focusing on Identity & Access management requirements

·         A strong understanding of Identity Federations, Access management & Single sign on concepts is a must

·         Must be able to define business requirements, develop business processes, and validate business processes against the systems.

·         Should be able to define functional requirements and test results, indicating that the business requirements are being delivered to meet the needs of all involved parties.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:.

·         Conducts analysis of business and user needs and ensures traceability to the business vision.

·         Prepare user stories to document functional business requirements for IAM & Federated Single Sign On.

·         Acts as the liaison between business users and IT operations and development to resolve issues and expedite systems enhancement tasks..

·         Creates business process use cases and test cases to ensure the new and/or changed application and/or data meets requirements.

·         Constructs end-user documentation and training materials
