Skills Required and Job Description:

Junior Infrastructure PM - JD

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage large and complex IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle, coordinating the efforts of vendors, internal team members, and other business units

• Perform business analysis activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level; working with key users in the continual improvement of business processes

• Collaborates with main stakeholder(s) to gather comprehensive project requirements • Provides recommendations and suggestions to map out project's estimated completion and minimize unnecessary steps

• Establish resources sharing needs from specific IS and non-IS departments • Communicate with outside vendors when appropriate

• Coordinate department schedules to minimize conflicts or obstacles delaying a project's overall progress

• Plan alternatives and contingency actions in anticipation of possible issues

• Define, track, and meet project milestones and provide weekly status reports

• Document all project parameters and statuses within the Primavera system

• Monitor project progress within all stages of development

• Assist with technical and non-technical issues

• 5 years of experience in managing project implementation (structure and process) in a corporate environment

• Experience with coordination of technical and non-technical resources Specific

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience working in PMO

• Ability to work across various LOB's and key stakeholders

• Previous experience running programs and reporting directly to senior management and PMO office

• Experience in Global infrastructure project implementation is Plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and teamwork skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple high level tasks.

• Strong knowledge of technical infrastructure, policies, and procedures.

• Matured understanding of project management organization and processes

• Detail-oriented and quick thinker, Resourceful and efficient research skills
