Job Description:
1. Through understanding of U.S IT staffing market.
2. Must have strong existing relationship with prime/ Tier 1 vendors to market Bench candidates.
3. Must have knowledge in U.S employment laws and regulations - W2, 1099, C2C, H1B
4. Must have good understanding of IT technologies
6. Must have excellent rate negotiation skills.
7. Must have knowledge of U.S contract agreements with vendors/ candidates.
8. Must have excellent written and communication skills.
