Job Description:
· Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
· Expert level experience in RecruitingCitizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2,1099 & Crop to Crop)
· Experience in negotiatingcompensation to close a candidate
· Experience using recruitingportals like dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
· Experience on hiring hourly,salaried and subcontracting candidates.
· Experience working with Applicanttracking tools.
· Willing to work as per US centraltimings/Night Shift s.
· Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates. Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
· Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa
status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
