Engagement Description - :
• Supporting general development needs for the Workforce Reporting team within Service Operations. We are an operations-based team that publishes reports and performance management enabling data based off business requirements gathering. This engagement will focus on SSIS, SSRS and ASP.net development to bring some older reporting onto newer platforms and developing new reporting based off of business requirements gathering.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
1. SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – 3-5 years
2. ASP.net web development – 3-5 years
3. SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – 3-5 years
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.
- 3 to 5 years experience in building web application using ASP.net
- 3 years of experience in VB.net and C#
- 3 years experience in JavaScript
Preferred Skills/Experience – .
- Experience with Microsoft Access databases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Index, Reference functions, charting, graphing etc.)
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with customers.
- Assist management with the implementation of solutions for identified problem/issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of requirements determination, data organizational structures, testing approaches, report design and development, relevant contact center issues and industry initiatives.
Education/Certifications – :
• BS Computer Science or equivalent
