·         Should be exposed to : Linux, JVM, Memory Management, CMS, Parallel GC, Paging, CPU Memory management, Loadbalancing, Hardware 

·         Should have good exposure to multiple Perf. Tools like: Loadrunner, Jmeter and other industry tools

·         Should also be having experience on Performance fine-tuning

·         Should be having excellent analytical skills.

·         Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Should be able to adjust with high pace environment

·         Macintosh platform experience would be a added advantage
