Description:
Designs, develops and tests program units; works on new systems development and enhancement/maintenance of existing systems; participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements. Prepares and updates documentation as appropriate. Support the Life Products area.
Position is for third level support working as part of an incident response team that interacts with our field force to firefight, analyze and correct problems with one of NMs most used PC applications. Application development will be part of this role also.
Ability to dig into problems and find creative solutions. Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and thick client applications. This is a support position supporting many different applications and technologies. Willingness to learn a variety of technologies and languages. Knowledge of C/C++, Visual Studio, UNIX and JAVA knowledge would be bonus. Looking for someone who has a strong interest in learning more technologies, is a quick learner and takes initiative.
Training: nothing formal, the team will provide any application or technical training that is needed
