Requirement:

BigFix Administrator will be responsible for the following: • Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and manage BigFix on Windows

• Support tickets relating to BigFix technical issues primarily and work other tickets as assigned

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for BigFix application and agents • Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with Servers, software, and communications devices

• Provide escalation support for technical support and assistance to Level1 administrators • Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution for BigFix and general patching issues on Windows/LINUX systems • Generating reports for Patching compliance and custom deployments • Deployment of patches and software through BigFix to servers and desktop

• Develops and implements testing strategies and document results • Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems • Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned • Participates in special projects as required BigFix Administrator desired skills: • Hands on experience with administering and monitoring BigFix 9.X production environment • Experience with patching Solaris and RedHat Linux with BigFix • Hands on experience with troubleshooting Bigfix client and relay communication issues in a large multisite deployment needed • Operations experience in a variety of server based operating system - MS Server 2008 and above • Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM) management experience with SCM content and workflow • Strong knowledge in Inventory Management and MDM • Strong knowledge of supporting MS tools (SCCM, SCOM, DNS, networking, storage, clustering) • TEM Relevance Language • Working TEM deployment experience • Experience writing fixlets in TEM/BigFix for package deployments • Experience creating packages for windows updates to servers and PC's • Experience in generating custom reports using SQL queries • Strong analytical skills; Able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment • Strong organizational skills; Must be able to multitask without sacrificing attention to details • Able to work effectively with other groups and teams • Must be able to come up to speed on new project areas quickly as this role will grow quickly • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Experience with VMWare virtualization technologies, especially automation based on VMWare products • Familiar with security, best practices and methodologies • Experience writing scripts using PowerShell • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system Active Directory/Windows Administrator will be responsible for the following:
