The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience acting as a Windows Systems Administrator in a mix Windows and Linux environment.
Responsibilities:
· Act as a second level Systems Administrator to support our Windows and Linux environment
· In this capacity you will assist us in the support of a specific area such as Windows, Unix, Linux NAS
· You will be responsible for administration and ticket resolutions, identification of the source of problems, root cause analysis, changes to support our processes, optimization and escalation as required
Qualifications:
· A minimum of five years of experience as a Systems in a Linux or Windows environment
· A minimum of five years of experience with hands on knowledge of key operating system environments including MS Windows, Red Hat Linux, and VMware
· Must have experience as an SA supporting the following:
o Windows 2008/2012
o Active Directory
o SCCM
o Chef
· Break/Fix, Provisioning & Decom, Patching, AD management, Documentation
· 4 year college degree is a requirement
· Certifications preferred
