Details of Position: Software development in Java and JavaScript in a Linux environment. Very clear
ability to communicate. Ability to learn by code examination.
Additional details are as follows:
· Part of the duties of this project team is maintenance and expansion of multiple Java/JavaScript components which are used by multiple web applications.
· Additionally, this project team will be building new components for usage by multiple UPS.com applications.
· All components will be written in Java (backend/server functionality) and JavaScript (front end functionality that can run in either C# web applications or Java/JavaScript web applications).
· Software development is in a Linux environment.
· Knowledge must be for both customer facing GUI development, as well as back end Restful web service development.
· Experience should include working with encryption interfaces
· Very clear ability to communicate. All team members must be able to work with all client applications to assure correct interface, performance, security, and debug any issues.
· Ability to learn by code examination.
· Ability to troubleshoot
Management Skills: Very clear ability to communicate. Time management ability.
