Job Description:- We are looking for a Sr. SFDC consultant with well-rounded end-to-end experience. You should have high level SFDC experience with heavy knowledge of integration with Oracle WebCenter, Oracle ERP 12i, eWFM and Tibco, Cisco UCCE to mention a few. You will identify, verify and document all integration points to/from SFDC. Put together test cases based on the finding and identify gaps or opportunities to reduce, simplify or eliminate the integration points. Requirements: Salesforce Technical Architect Certification is HIGHLY DESIREABLE. (the more Salesforce Certifications, the better) Outstanding functional knowledge in Service Cloud, Entitlement, Knowledge Management and Chatter. Extensive experience with writing documentation and technical architecture.
