Thorough understanding of AngularJS (though practical experience with React and/or Ember and an interest to learn AngularJS will be considered)
Expertise in CSS3, HTML5 and modern JavaScript (ES5+)
Understanding of responsive design concepts (media queries, etc.)
Ability to unit test front-end applications with Jasmine/QUnit/Mocha or web test with Selenium, Protractor
Able to configure front-end build environments with Gulp/Grunt etc.
Comfort with one or more application development platforms/frameworks: NodeJS, EmberJS, Django, Rails, Spring

Bonus points and strong consideration given to:
PhoneGap / Cordova, Ionic a big plus
Understanding features of emerging JavaScript language in ECMAScript 2015 (formerly ES6), Babel, and Typescript a big plus
Angular2 knowledge a big plus
Mobile technologies: iOS, Android native applications
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL (Riak, Cassandra, MongoDb, etc.)
Scala or Java Play framework
