College Degree in IT field and/or at least 12 years of IT experience. - Required
ITIL Foundations. - Highly desired
RFP Process/Participation. - Nice to have
Although it is not a requirement, at least 3 years experience supporting or working in a Medicaid services environment. - Nice to have
