| JOB SCOPE: |
| This engineer will become a key member of the Global Software Architecture & Engineering team and be responsible for the design and development of major components of the company's services and products. This key resource will be involved in the development lifecycle from solution, design, implementation, testing and release with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals, technical requirements and platform engineering standards. The role must be hands on and will be involved in the requirement discussions, analysis, solution design, implementation, technical tracking and automated test cases, release and deployment. |

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| Act as a technical expert on the development and implementation of highly complex, large-scale internet applications on diverse platforms. |
| Design and implement end-to-end functional applications. |
| Develop server side code keeping performance, reusability, configurability, scalability in mind. |
| Adapt to DevOps model for project testing and delivery. |
| Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test effectiveness |
| Support and trouble shoot production issues |

| REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: |
| BS/MS EE/CS degree or equivalent with 8+ years of software development experience. |
| Strong in object-oriented analysis and design using OO design patterns and UML. |
| Application integration experience using REST APIs. |
| Must have skills in enterprise Java technology stack including J2EE, Spring framework and Hibernate. |
| Good experience with RDBMS databases and exposure to NoSQL Databases. |
| Must have good knowledge of Agile, TDD, and Continuous Integration. |
| Exposure to Node.js / AngularJS Development. |
| Must possess strong skills in server side development. |
| Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts with fellow team members as well as peers in other groups. |
