Location : Alpharetta / GA

Job Description:
Required Skill:
• 3+ years of experience working and successful track record of delivering commercial applications with Power BI
• Experience working with Power BI custom visualizations
• Hands on experience with Power BI standout features e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query
• Well versed in writing DAX queries
• Experience working with multiple data sources using Power BI's live query especially connecting Power BI with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SQL Server and Http endpoints (OData)
• Power BI Templates, Groups and Workspaces
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure especially Azure SAS offerings
• Integrating Power BI with Azure Active Directory
• Experience working with Power BI on-premises data gateway
• Preferred (not required) experience in developing Power BI solutions over Azure ExpressRoute
Additional Skill:
• Knowledge of REST service development with JSON (WebAPI is preferable over WCF)
• Exposure to HTML5, CSS, XSLT from development perspective
• Experience with SQL Server, including writing T-SQL stored procedures
• Understanding of evaluation methods in the design, development and debugging of software programs.
• Understanding of performance and scalability of web services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Distributed application architectures
• Demonstrated ability to design solution that are scalable, usable and have acceptable performance
• Demonstrated experience in the full life cycle of applications.
• Expertise and knowledge in Agile engineering practices (Continuous Integration, TDD)
