Role: QA Java, Selenium, Web Services testing.

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Requirement:

• Design, develop and maintain test automation infrastructure to improve the quality.
• 5+ years of hands on development experience desired.
• Deep understanding of testing concepts, processes and tools.
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable and maintainable automated testing solutions for distributed enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching and mentoring, leading change in tools or practices across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology, tools and process.
• Perform integration, functionality, system, regression and acceptance testing using manual methods and testing tools.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage of unit tests and automated test suites.
• Report and track defects, testing tasks, and release notes.
• Setup and maintain production-like test environments.
• Analyze defects and root causes to identify defect patterns and improve engineering.
• Work as part of an agile team in a collaborative environment.

Good To have:

• Experience in Big Data related testing is a Big plus.
• Experience with RESTful API and installing automation tools and scripting languages, especially Java.
