Position: IT Business Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful applicant will be joining a mature team within Operations Technology responsible for delivering technology solutions on a mobile platform (software and hardware) used by our Flight Attendant workforce as a Business Technology Analyst. The individual will use Agile best practices and methodologies, while working directly with the Product Owner, to capture and document detailed business requirements, business workflows and processes, and translate these business requirements into User Stories within Rally for the other delivery team members. The person will work collaboratively with business unit customer and user groups, technical leads, development resources, engineers, architects, quality assurance team, and external project teams on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 5 years work experience as an IT Business Analyst with airline systems and data is preferred
· Knowledge and experience in Agile Development methodologies and formal business analysis techniques required
· Experience using Agile related tools such as Rally is required
· Knowledge and experience in analysis techniques such as requirements gathering and use case development
· Experience working with/as a Business Product Owner
· Must possess strong organization, planning, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
· Ability to communicate precisely and clearly with all levels of management
· Self-directed
· Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize, manage change and customer expectations
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills are needed, along with accuracy and attention to detail
· Communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels with a strong command of the English language
· Knowledge of resource planning, financial reporting, executive reporting, process improvement using lean shared services model
· Rally and Proficiency in MS Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Access)
· Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred
· Airline experience is preferred
