Rate - $55/hr 

 

Job Duties:

• Research and resolve escalated tickets from Rep1's and Rep2's

• First level transaction support for executive compensation and expatriate/international transfers

• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to HRIS as appropriate

• Utilize knowledge of HR systems and processes to partner with HRBP's and support mass organizational changes: identify system/data requirements, recommend data collection tools and monitor changes to ensure accurate and efficient processes

Develop and maintain training material on Employee Shared Services processes and SAP HCM data entry for Employee Shared Services team

• In coordination with the Supervisor, Employee Shared Services, provide training to new Employee Shared Services team members

Develop and deliver training for HRBP's on Employee Shared Services processes and overview of core HR systems: SAP HCM, Compass (Success Factors), HIRE (Taleo), Business Objects Reporting to ensure an overall understanding of how data flows and integrated

• Maintain knowledge base for Rep1's

• In coordination with HR Reporting Analyst, create ad-hoc report as requested and run basic HR reporting

• Represent Employee Shared Services on HR project teams assessing impacts to processes and recommending procedural changes to support change

• Provide project coordination for annual projects including developing timelines, deliverables, resources and risks

• Develop Employee Shared Services metrics and provide trend analysis to Director

• Develop and run data quality audits

• Analyze processes and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency

• Support business leaders with global responsibility (i.e., leaders with employees residing in countries around the world), access and utilize HR information systems and data to run reports and validate, analyze, and utilize global employee data

• Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

• Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

 

General Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.

- Minimum two years' experience with HRIS required; SAP experience strongly preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes including hiring, termination, compensation, benefits and payroll.

- Project coordination experience required

- Experience as a lead or supervisory position strongly preferred

- Customer Service experience preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and/or Access

- Ability to work independently to research and resolve complex employee questions and HR system issues

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated understanding of HRIS, Time and Labor tracking systems, benefits vendor portals

- Persistent follow through on assignments

- Cotomer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required

- Ability to handle confidential information

- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

- Ability to identify and analyze issues based on data or available information

- Ability to work as a team member including the ability to be flexible with changing priorities based on the business need

- Ability to multi-task and effectively complete work amid distractions

- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy
