b)      Good Knowledge on CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX etc (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
c)       Good Knowledge on Database concepts, Writing simple to complex queries, stored procedures and Views Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
d)      Good communication and writing skills (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
e)      Good debugging and problem solving skills (Rated at least 3-4 on a scale of 5)
f)       Working on weekends and being on-call  (Rated at least 3 on a scale of 5)
g)      Exposure to ASP.NET MVC  (Rated at least 2 on a scale of 5)
h)      Exposure to support tools (Remedy, OPAS) (Rated at least 2 on a scale of 5)
