Job role      : Software Engineer

Location     : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration     : 3 +Months.

 

Job Description:

As a Software Engineer you will be a part of an inventive research and development group that designs high-profile, portable, consumer electronics products like Kindle Fire. Primary focus is on development, debug, and testing of platform code, including an automated test environment.

You will work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Should be familiar with platform/kernel level development, comfortable with a prototype hardware and software environment. Strong communication skills are key. 

 

Required Skills:

·         7+ years relevant experience

·         Proficient in C, Python, Shell

·         Familiar with Linux kernel, Android

·         Hardware related debug basics (oscilloscopes, external power supplies)

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Familiarity with Java
