Job role      : Scrum Master

Location     : San Diego, CA

Duration     : 6 +Months.

 

Job Description:

·         As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding multiple software development teams working in a Scrum development methodology.

·         You will facilitate daily stand ups as well as sprint planning/retrospective meetings.

·         In addition, you will be responsible for working across different teams in order to remove roadblocks brought up by the teams.

·         Leveraging agile management tools, you will also generate sprint work reports including burn down charts and release burn up tracking.

·         Next, you will act as an advocate for Scrum methodology within the team and ensure processes are being followed.

·         Lastly, you will work with Product Owner to ensure stories are clearly defined with exit criteria.
