Title: Siebel Solution Architect
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12+Months
Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of customer implementations, from design, development and to deployment for the Siebel application footprint and providing assistance to the Java application team.
· Provide engagement delivery services in Siebel Order Management modules.
· Offer functional leadership in Product and Catalog Management, Pricing Management, Quote and Order Life Cycle Management.
· Oversee and deliver on overall solution to meet client needs; this can be a mix of out of box functionality, integration, add-on tools necessary to meet business needs and understand the overall vision of solution.
· Map key business processes to ensure there are no gaps.
· Lead, support and participate across project teams.
· Interface with client management effectively by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications:
· 5 years of Siebel experience with hands on design and development experience in the following modules -- Product Configurator, Product Administration / Catalog, Quote, Order Management, Pricing, Workflow.
· Broad understanding of end to end process on Siebel Order Management modules.
· Hands on experience with Siebel Integration technologies - EAI and web services
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly and to apply it in a business applicable environment.
· Excellent understanding of Siebel functional capabilities, integration capabilities, and architecture.
· Good understanding of relational databases
· Exemplify creative thinking and apply this to solve complex business problems in a realistic manner for a production system.
· Extremely customer focused.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work and to produce results in a team environment.
· Willing to travel regionally and nationally.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with deploying Siebel in Telecommunications and/or Hi-Tech Manufacturing industries
· Strong development experience of Siebel including configuration and scripting.
· Some experience, knowledge in both UNIX and Windows operating systems
· Siebel certification preferred.
