3) Good R12 Troubleshooting skills (Eg:- Cloning, Auto config, Patching, Installation & Upgrade)
4) Exposure to R12 Migrations (Eg: 32bit - 64 bit )
5) Exposure to Weblogic, Fusion Middleware & SOA.
6) Exposure to LDAP, OCM & OAM
