Required skills/years:
Ability to work with large complex processes:

Ability to work in a Health, or Behavioral Health Environment: 
Ability to author context diagrams, data flow diagrams, business process diagrams, and other artifacts typically used in system/solution design: 
Very strong technical translation skills, Ability to develop and communicate a joint vision for the project: 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills:
