Job Title: Software Developer

Job description:
· Day-to-day responsibilities for this position include working with server side C# components, UI language (C#, MVC) and SQL Server data modeling.
· Software Developers are responsible for working collaboratively within a team of other Software Developer and report directly to the project leader.
· We have a proven framework and design patterns that will be used to build a solution.
· Most of the data is transported in JSON format between backend and UI.
· Some understanding of JSON manipulation is required.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Implement designs to specification
· Implement business rules
· Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming methodologies
· Expert knowledge of software development techniques and methodologies using the Microsoft .NET Framework, and C#
· Development of software against relational databases
· Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
· Advanced knowledge of ASP.Net with MVC 4.
· Advanced knowledge of Javascript and JQuery.
· Ability to write T-SQL, data model, and views in SQL Server. We do not use stored procedures.
· JSON and XML serialization and manipulation
Additional (nice-to-have) experience:
· System experience with either inventory/contract management (not required by would be a bonus)
· LINQ and Generic classes
· Unit Testing
· Education and Certification
· Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years' work experience in related field
