Title:              Java Developer with Oracle

Location:       Cary, NC

Duration:      18 Months

 Description:

• Must possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years industry experience developing Java based web applications.
• Must be able to operate with minimal supervision and should be passionate about delivering high quality code.
• Must have been member of an agile team; participated in release and iteration planning meetings; employed organization design patterns to develop application logic; design unit tests as part of test driven development;
• BE/ BCS/Physics degree
• Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, Query tuning and optimization
• Databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server
• Operating Systems: Unix (any flavor)
• Application servers: Tomcat or equivalent
• Oracle Certified Associate etc. accreditations are desirable
• Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Job responsibilities include contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across different environments
