Qualifications:

Location: Plainsboro, NJ
 
1. Oracle R12 HR knowledge, Core HR, iRecruitment, OLM and self service
2. Can configure application (70% functional 30% technical). Functional and process more important than technical
3. Deep HR process knowledge in a global environment
4. Deep application knowledge
5. Good presentation and communications skills, written and verbal
6. Will be working with all levels of HR organization from VP of HR to HR analysts
7. Experienced of supporting or implementing in a global environment. (US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand + a few others)
