Position:Usability Analyst
Location:Schaumburg, IL
Durations:12+ month contract 

Job description:

Work with business partners to create world-class interfaces using User-Centered Design methodologies that drive the success of our company Discover innovative and effective ways to engage our user base Work on interfaces that range from strategic complex workflow applications to mobile and web applications Responsible for ensuring the development of clean, efficient, useful interface designs from conceptualization to through implementation Lead the usability efforts on a project basis Create usability plans, organize/conduct usability studies and user requirements activities, and develop detailed evaluation priorities Collaborate with team to convert study findings into actionable items  Present solutions to the project teams, and drive product/design decisions based on usability studies Conduct heuristic usability evaluations Coordinate the integration of application usage metrics and usability data Evaluate and evangelize user interface guidelines and standards: Ensure a consistent look and feel across the application; raise all application interfaces to a consistently high standard of user-centered design.
