Job Title : Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Specialist
Location : Detroit, MI
· Experience auditing and maintaining data within a CMDB environment
· Experience with ServiceNow
· Experience with one or more discovery tools including, but not limited to, SCCM, UDM, and ServiceNow
· Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes
· Experience working within large, complex global organizations
· Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues and vendor representatives
· ITIL V3 certification at a Foundation level
· Experience of technical, lead and communications skills in IT engineering and/or IT operations environment
· Experience leading IT projects / strong project management skills
· Experience working within an outsourced multi-vendor environment
· ITIL V3 certification for Service Transition or ITIL V2 certification for Configuration Management Practitioner
· Configuration Management industry certifications such as Certified International Configuration Manager (CICM), Certified International Software Configuration Manager (CISCM) or CM II are highly desirable .
· Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum
