Positon : Salesforce Techno Functional BA

Role and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the successful design, delivery and maintenance of standard and customsalesforce.com functionality across Sales and Service Clouds at a large Financial Service client.
A successful candidate should have a thorough grasp of standard Salesforce functionality including Person Accounts, Cases, Workflows, Approval Processes, etc. as well as a strong understanding of the
power of the Force.complatform to architect a sustainable solution.
The incumbent must be able to communicate technical designs to the client and a team of developers and ensure the development is delivered on time, accurately, with quality in alignment with salesforce
and Accenture best practices, and tested rigorously.
While not required, a candidate may also benefit from experience with ancillary technologies such as view frameworks like JQuery and AngularJS, integration with external systems and data stores using
Amazon Web Services and S3 as well as encryption software like CipherCloud, etc.
