A BizTalk Senior Developer is a person who is proficient in Capacity Planning, suitably recommending, Designing, and Developing BizTalk Solutions
Detailed description of the desired skillset of a BizTalk Administrator is mentioned below:
1.        Overall experience of more than 8 years in IT.
2.        Relevant BizTalk experience of 6 + years.
3.        Experience in developing BizTalk solutions on any BizTalk versions 2006 R2 to 2013 for at-least 2 long term BizTalk Projects
4.        Experience of at-least one implementation involving in building ESB toolkit.
5.        Experience in all aspects of BizTalk – Schemas, Pipelines, Orchestration, BAM, BRE, EDI etc.
6.        Experience in configuring BizTalk Servers, Adapters, and Host Settings
7.        Experience in deployment of BizTalk Server applications.
8.        Experience in configuring the BizTalk SQL agent jobs.
9.        Microsoft certified.
