Location : Columbus Ohio
Duration : 6-12 months
EAD, GC or Citizen
The interview process is a phone screen and then a in-person interview will follow "The person must be able to do an in-person interview"
Interview are scheduled for the week of 2/4/13
Required skills/years:
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience architecting, designing, developing and deploying MS SharePoint solutions. Experience required includes Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010/2007.
The candidate must have experience developing, configuring and deploying at least three MS SharePoint projects for organizations similar in size and scope to ODFJS. At least two of the projects should be with MS SharePoint 2010. Experience with MS SharePoint 2013 is preferred.
The candidate must have experience with multiple global deployments - multi farm deployments of MS SharePoint for organizations similar in size and scope to ODJFS.
The candidate must have more than 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2012/2008/2005 Advanced Administration, including SSRS integration with SharePoint. Experience configuration Performance Point Services is preferred.
The candidate should have more than 3 years of experience with MS Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMWare.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with Active Directory (Group Policies, Security Groups, authentication, and attributes for profile import) and the integration of Active Directory with SharePoint 2013/2010.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with network load and performance testing tools used in relationship to SharePoint performance testing.
Candidate experience with State and/or Federal Government is preferred.
The candidate must be certified in a minimum of 3 of the following, put yes next to ones they are:
Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS):MS SharePoint 2010 Application
Development Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS):MS SharePoint 2010 Configuration
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP):MS SharePoint Administration 2010

Description:
Scope of Work:
ODJFS seeks a Sr Architect to assist OIS to design, build, configure, the SharePoint platform and to assist business clients to the SharePoint software service via previous advanced experience in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint platforms.
Possibility the position could extend for another 1-3 months beyond this FY.
Job Duties:
Design the Architecture of the OIS SharePoint Services Platform:
• Design the information architecture (IA: sites and site collection schema) for OIS service platform.
• Assist with capacity planning, scalability, stability, and redundancy requirements.
• Gain consensus on schema across all affected stakeholders.
Construction of SharePoint SDLC Environments:
• Identify all of the necessary components for the SharePoint environments: VMWare, MS Server, MS SQL Server, and IIS.
• Mentor/train/guide MS Production Services team and MS SQL Server DBA to build SharePoint DEV platform.
• Mentor/train/guide MS Production Services team and MS SQL Server DBA to build SharePoint TEST platform.
• Mentor/train/guide MS Production Services team and MS SQL Server DBA to build SharePoint PROD platform.
Establish SharePoint Maintenance Plan:
• Monitor the system for the opportunity for tuning and optimization.
• Ensure that all monitoring and maintenance tasks have been established.
