Install client Standard Image changes defined for XP on Win 7.
Create non admin account and lock down.
Lock down workstation for public use by applying a wide variety of registry and local group policy edits.
Establishing Windows 7 group policy settings on the domain.
Intrusion/vulnerability testing.
Create image deployment package
Method to duplicate package and go through 3 rounds of testing (minimum)document image for dept.
Work Products/Job Description:
Develop & Design POS SW & Hardware Images InfoSec Vulnerability Testing Lockdown Workstations Apply PCI Remediation Changes as needed
Job description –
With very little supervision provide Systems Administrative support for current & new Retail Shipping applications by delivering images, applying PCI Compliance remediation actions per direction, test software and hardware components for intrusion and vulnerability as well as locking down workstations per infosec and PCI standards in sync and alignment with client IT Services Information Security's secure coding requirements and infrastructure standards.
Activities/Task: Develop & Manage SW Deployment Images Develop Scripts Apply Security and PC standards where applicable Test SW and HW against InfoSec Standards Production HW & Systems Support Administer Development Systems & Environments Participate in Technical reviews, as needed
