Job Title : TIBCO Specialist

Looking for to help with general administration and most importantly HA/failover, Performance/capacity planning experiences.
· Profound experience in architecting, developing and delivering successful TIBCO projects
· Solid Experience with TIBCO Suite of Applications - TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BusinessWorks and custom adapters.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm and/or Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management or Commodities required.
· Experience in architecting trading applications for areas such as Capital markets, Fixed Income, Equities, Hedge Funds preferred.
· Experience in the use and application of TIBCO Policy Manager and TIBCO Policy Agents
· Experience with experience with Web Services, XML and WSDL.
· Experience with ERP integration.
· SOA architecture and implementation experience.
· TIBCO middleware architecture and implementation experience; Enterprise Integration (EI)/Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture and implementation experience.
· Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution.
- Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong project management, architecture and team leadership skills.
