Job Title: DB2 DBA Consultant

Job Description:
This is a very straight forward DBA position. This consultant will be working on the optimization, performance tuning and root cause analysis. This person provides support to
network administration, provides mainframe support, performs data modeling, develops tables for databases, develops applications for web-based applications, and provides
design, programming, and testing services. This person also manages and maintains all production and non-production databases. Responsible for standards and design of
physical data storage, maintenance, access and security administration, this person will performs backup and recovery on DBMS and configure database parameters, along
with related activities. Seven years of experience is desired.
Required Skills:
5+ years minimum DB2 DBA experience
Previous experience working with optimization and performance
Root Cause Analysis experience
SQL troubleshooting
they need do not need to know how to do the development but need to know how to do a code promotions
