Relevant Experience & Experience Required (in Yrs) | At least 6+ years of exp in core networking domain |

Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS | Experience in managing and troubleshooting Cisco devices (Switches, Routers, Concentrators, Load balancers and Firewalls). 2) • Define/ Redefine Quality of Service (QoS) policies on critical WAN links based on applications running and protocol wise utilization observed. 3) • Provide support for Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) changes, configuration, installation and maintained by NOC 4) • Good knowledge on implementing and managing WAN protocols (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay) and resolving WAN problems 5) • Experience in managing LAN Switching environments and resolving LAN problems 6) • Experience in implementing QOS and COS 7) • Managing network tools like Cisco works, Smarts, Orion, Netflow analyzer, Opnet, Statseeker 8) • Cisco router IOS configuration, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting 9) • Knowledge and experience in on Routing protocols of RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. 10) • Network facility management: LAN Cabling, Fiber termination and good knowledge on Passive infrastructure 11) • Tunneling Protocols: L2F, PPTP, L2TP, IPSEC Tunneling., IKE, ISAKMP 12) • Protocols: PIM Dense, PIM Sparse, PIM Dense-Sparse Mode 13) • Synchronous and asynchronous protocols: SDLC, HDLC, LAPB and PPP 14) • ITIL Framework awareness |
