Job Description:
v Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients and Vendor Requirements
v Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
v Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
v Responsible to work on Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
v Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
v Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Desired Profile:
v Must have good communication skills.
v Willing to work as per US timings/Night Shifts
v Good technical know-how of latest technologies.
v Good command over various search tools & techniques
v Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
