the key requirement is still experience in Neteazza. Hadoop is optional (good to have). Unix shell scripting is also necessary. Communication skills are a must.
Do not require an entry level person. As I had mentioned before their data sets are very large. They need people who have worked on netezza fora few years and have about 5-7 yrs exp.
