Hi Partner,

I have 3 QA position 1) Manual, 2) automation 3) Automation Lead/Architect, please let me know if anyone is available.

Role 1

Position: QA Tester  (manual)

Location:  Des Moines, Iowa

Duration: 10+ months

  

Testers will be responsible for testing various modules/functionality within the CloudNet application. They will be responsible for test case authoring, test execution, validation, defect logging, and retesting of defects. 

 

 

Responsibilities

Test case authoring

Test Execution

Validation

Defect logging

Retesting of defects

Requirement traceability

 

Job Requirements:

\

5+ years’ experience as a tester with domain knowledge in the insurance industry (preferred), financial or healthcare (insurance) acceptable

Competent in all areas of the SDLC and in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)

Excellent skills in each of the following:

Leadership skills

Interpersonal skills

Oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders 

 

Role 2

Title: Automation QA Engineer

Location : Des Moines Iowa

Duration: 10+ months

 

xAFT Automation Engineer:

·         Has good logical and analytical skills

·         Experience in developing automation using Selenium / QTP / TestComplete/Telerik Test Studio / Cucumber / JBehave / Fitnesse

·         Good knowledge of Java OR any Java flavored scripting language languages is a good to have (And must have for some like 50-50 ratio of team)

·         Good experience in Design & execution of manual test cases

·         Ability to identify, design and develop automation test scenarios based on application/product requirements or existing test cases

·         Has very good written and oral communication skills

Role 3

Title: Automation QA Engineer 

Location : Des Moines Iowa

Duration: 10+ months

 

xAFT Automation Lead/Architect:

·         Experience in implementing Automation projects with a team

·         Has good logical and analytical skills

·         Experience in developing automation using Selenium / Cucumber / JBehave / Fitnesse

·         Good knowledge of Java OR any Java flavored scripting language languages is MUST have

·         Experience in using firebug, xPath checker (Firefox add-ons) and IE Developer tools in building the object repository.

·         Experience on at least one DB (Oracle/MySQL)

·         Ability to identify, design and develop automation test scenarios based on application/product requirements or existing test cases

·         Should have good debugging and error reporting skills to point to the root cause

·         Defining best practices for framework implementation, lead and mentoring team members to develop scripts using xAFT

·         Working with clients to finalize and signoff on automation artifacts

·         Has very good written and oral communication skills
